We respect your privacy rights. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, please follow these instructions.

How to Delete Your Account?

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open BT-Miners and ensure you’re logged in.
2. Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account.
3. Read the information carefully and verify your identity (password/verification code).
4. ENTER “PERMANENTLY DELETE” and tap “DELETE”.

Method 2: Email Request

If you can’t access the app, email us at store@bt-miners.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:

• Your registered email/phone number
• Account username (if applicable)
• Additional verification (e.g., recent order ID, device information)

We will process your request within 14 business days and send a confirmation email.

What Happens After Deletion?

Data We Delete

• Account information (username, email, phone number, profile)
• Usage data (search history, saved items, messages)
• Device binding information (if applicable)

Data We Retain

Due to legal obligations or legitimate business needs, we may retain:

1. Transaction records: For [X years] for tax/compliance purposes.
2. Security logs: IP addresses and activity logs for [X days/months] for fraud prevention.
3. Anonymized data: Aggregated analytics that cannot identify individuals.

Important Notes

• Irreversible action: Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Back up important data first.
• Third-party data: Contact partners directly (e.g., payment processors) to delete shared data.
• Service access: You’ll lose access to features requiring login after deletion.

❓ Will my subscriptions cancel automatically?
→ No. Cancel active subscriptions via Google Play/App Store before deleting your account.

❓ Why is identity verification required?
→ To prevent unauthorized deletion attempts.

❓ Can I delete only specific data?
→ Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy Center to clear selected data (e.g., search history).
